The College of Management at Taipei Medical University invites applications for Assistant, Associate, or Full Professor position in School of Health Care Administration.

Contract type: Full-time

Taipei Medical University is looking for a motivated member with a Ph.D. degree with outstanding academic achievements in the field relating to Healthcare Management, Health Policy Evaluation, or Health Service Research, or a related discipline, who will contribute to our international research profile in a cross-disciplinary environment. The new appointee will be based at the College of Management at Taipei Medical University.

Salary: $82,360NTD ~ $198,240NTD per month + benefits

Selection Criteria Qualifications:

1. Ph.D. with outstanding academic achievements in the field relating to Healthcare Management, Health Policy Evaluation, or Health Service Research, or a related discipline
2. Demonstrated ability of teaching courses related to data analysis, statistics, health policy evaluation, and long-term care management
3. Candidate with the expertise in the fields of strategic management, marketing management, and long-term care management will be advantageous
4. Preference will be given to candidates with a publication record of health care management related papers
5. A successful candidate will have experience with a publication record of health care management related papers
6. Practical experience related to biotechnology industry for more than 3 years is required
7. Preference will be given to candidates with experience and demonstrate a proven track record of high-profile publications
8. Demonstrated ability to apply for research grants, with research experiences in conducting large projects, in writing research projects, and independent research will be advantageous
9. Passion for teaching and talent cultivation
10. Exhibits great communication skills, teamwork ability, and capacities in international exchange and cooperation
11. Excellent English proficiency in teaching and research enthusiasm, good communication with well-developed interpersonal skills
