Key Responsibilities Deliver rigorous, research-informed teaching across undergraduate and postgraduate programs Develop and sustain a competitive research portfolio Publish in high-impact journals and pursue external funding Supervise graduate students and mentor junior scholars Contribute to curriculum innovation and accreditation standards Participate actively in academic governance and institutional development For clinician-faculty: maintain active clinical practice integrated with research and education Appointment rank will be determined based on academic record and research achievements.

Minimum Qualification

UAE National PhD, MD, or equivalent terminal degree in a relevant discipline Demonstrated research productivity and scholarly engagement Evidence of effective teaching in higher education Clinical licensure eligibility (for clinical disciplines)
