Faculty Position: Assistant/Associate Professor in Smart Networks and Communications Engineering and Artificial Intelligence of Things (AIoT) & Signal Processing

The Asian Institute of Technology (AIT) School of Engineering and Technology invites applications for a full-time faculty position at the assistant or associate professor level.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Teach a minimum of 9 credits per year in areas such as Smart Networks, Advanced Communications, AIoT, and Signal Processing.
• Conduct research and publish in reputable international journals.
• Supervise graduate students at Master’s and Doctoral levels.
• Develop and lead sponsored research projects to attract external funding.

Research Focus Areas: Advanced wireless communications, network optimization, AIoT system architectures, edge intelligence, and more.

Required Qualifications:

• PhD from a highly-regarded university in relevant fields.
• At least 2 years of research and teaching experience.
• Track record of publications in international journals.
• Ability to supervise students immediately upon starting.
