Director beginning July 1, 2027. About the role You'll help lead a four-year, ACGME-accredited program (12 residents/year) with a five-decade track record of training EM leaders, working alongside the Program Director, two other APDs, a program manager, and a program coordinator. Responsibilities include curriculum development, residency recruitment, PGY class-specific mentorship and remediation, and overall administration of our four-year program, which culminates in Focused Advanced Specialty Training (FAST) in the final year. We're especially interested in candidates who share our commitment to trainee well-being – you'd help lead an active Resident Well-being Program and contribute to ongoing efforts to expand wellness programming for residents and faculty alike.
