According to the Article 119 section 1 and sections 3-4 of the Parliament Act of 20th July 2018 – Higher Education and Science Law (Journal of Laws 2018, Section 1668 as amended) and the Statute of the Strzemiński Academy of Fine Arts Łódź the Rector of THE FACULTY OF DESIGN OF THE STRZEMIŃSKI ACADEMY OF FINE ARTS ŁÓDŹ located in Łódź, 121 Wojska Polskiego Street ANNOUNCES A COMPETITION for the position of ASSISTANT (asystent) in the group of teaching employees, for a fixed period, full-time, for the primary job at the Institute of Fashion, at the Theatre and Film Costume Design Studio. The basic duties of an academic teacher are specified in Art. 115 of the Act of July 18, 2018, Law of Higher Education and Sciencen (Journal of Laws of 2018, item 1668 as amended) and §4 of the Work regulations of the Academy of Fine Arts Władysław Strzemiński Łódź published on the BIP website of the Academy of Fine Arts in Łódź.

Skills/Qualifications
The competition may be entered by candidates who fulfil conditions specified in Article 113 of the Parliament Act of July 20, 2018 – Higher Education and Science Law (Journal of Laws 2018, Section 1668 as amended) and § 135 section 1 of the Statute of the Strzemiński Academy of Fine Arts Łódź and who fulfil the following requirements:
- Have at least a master's degree in fine arts and conservation of works of art;
- Have documented creative activity for at least 2 years;
- Have experience in teaching;
- Have documented professional experience as a costume designer in the implementation of artistic projects.
- Have experience in organizational activities;
- Very good knowledge of the Polish language, both spoken and written.
- Knowledge of English at a communicative/advanced level.
- Languages: POLISH — Level: Mother Tongue
- Languages: ENGLISH — Level: Excellent
