Job Description
The Missouri S&T Athletic Department, a 17-sport NCAA Division II intercollegiate program and member of the Great Lakes Valley Conference (GLVC), is seeking a rising professional to join its administrative leadership team as the Assistant Athletic Director for NCAA Compliance.
The selected candidate will be highly organized, driven, and detail-oriented, with exceptional multitasking, communication, and leadership skills. This position reports directly to the Director of Athletics and serves as the primary contact for all NCAA compliance-related matters.
Key functions are eligibility certification, financial aid processing, monitoring countability athletic related activities, recruiting oversight, rules education, and the preparation and submission of all NCAA and GLVC reports.
- Direct and manage all aspects of the NCAA compliance program
- Serve as the primary resource for NCAA rules education
- Certify initial and continuing eligibility for all student-athletes
- Monitor compliance-related activities
- Investigate and report NCAA violations
- Prepare and submit required NCAA reports
- Administer athletic financial aid
- Serve as a sport supervisor for assigned sports
- Plan and execute special events
