This role serves as the executive "show caller" and architect of the Cal Athletics gameday atmosphere.

Team Management & Talent Development: Supervise the Gameday Entertainment team and manage the recruitment, training, and performance of a large workforce of student interns and freelancers.
Executive Show Direction & Production: Act as the primary "show caller" and architect for select sporting events.
Strategic Brand & Narrative Alignment, Revenue Generation & Sponsor Integration, Technical Operations & Logistical Synergy, Innovation & Emerging Technology, Budget

Deep understanding of control room environments, including video switchers, instant replay systems.
Bachelor's degree in related area and / or equivalent experience / training
