Position
The Baseball program at California State University, Fullerton is a
highly competitive program that competes in the NCAA Division I Big
West Conference. The Assistant Baseball Coach reports directly to
the Head Baseball Coach and they assist with coaching in this
program in addition to the following duties:

The College and Department
This position
is housed in the Athletics Department under the President's Office.
The classification for the position is Coach, 12-month, and it is
in the faculty bargaining unit. This is a 12-month, full-time
position. Salary is competitive and commensurate with experience
and qualifications.
Compensation
The Assistant Baseball Coach
12-Month classification salary range is $7,830 to $12,771 monthly
(12 monthly payments). The anticipated hiring range is $7,830 to
$11,666. per month.
Salary offered is commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition, the California Equal Pay Act prohibits employers from paying its employees less than those of the opposite sex and/or another race or ethnicity for substantially similar work (https://www.dir.ca.gov/dlse/california_equal_pay_act.htm).

The person holding this position is considered a 'mandated
