Participate in local events to establish relationships, promote
University programs, and support student and faculty
recruitment.
Develop and maintain relationships with Educational Services
Officers (ESOs), Training Managers, Enrollment and Marketing
liaisons, and other key community contacts.
Support the consistent application of University policies and
procedures.
Student Engagement & Campus Operations
- Maintain regular in-person contact with prospective, new, and
continuing students.
- Provide student communications and support through Education
Cloud (Salesforce), Campus Solutions, email, phone, and other
appropriate channels.
- Provide academic advisement and support student engagement
through classroom visits, mobile office hours, social media, and
campus outreach activities.
- Assist with establishing unit courses, facilitating
face-to-face and EagleVision courses, and supporting campus
events.
Academic Advising & Student Success
- Advise and counsel students regarding degree programs and
academic requirements.
- Assist students with developing degree maps and preparing
unofficial degree evaluations.
- Monitor student academic progress and assist with graduation
application processing.
- Support student retention, enrollment, and new student
application goals.
Registration & Records Administration
- Complete registration and end-of-term activities accurately and
within established deadlines.
- Ensure required information is entered and maintained in
applicable University systems.
- Maintain appropriate documentation using Campus Solutions
comments and Education Cloud Advising Notes.
Campus Assets & Financial Administration
- Safeguard University property, academic materials, records, and
other campus assets.
- Support campus financial operations and maintain audit-ready
records and practices.
- Collaborate with campus staff to ensure appropriate stewardship
of University resources.
Reporting & Policy Compliance
- Complete and submit required reports and administrative
correspondence accurately and on schedule.
- Ensure compliance with University and Worldwide administrative
policies and procedures.
- Maintain high-quality documentation and communicate questions
or concerns as appropriate.
Academic Issue Resolution
- Identify, investigate, and appropriately refer academic issues
and student concerns to the appropriate individuals or
departments.
- Follow established University and Worldwide procedures for
resolving and escalating academic matters.
Professional Development
- Maintain a positive, professional image when representing
Embry-Riddle.
- Participate actively in required training and professional
development opportunities.
Campus Leadership Support
- Assume designated responsibilities of the Associate Campus
Director during their absence.
- Support continuity of campus operations and student
services.
Additional Responsibilities
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Work independently with minimal supervision while demonstrating
sound judgment, effective decision-making, problem-solving, and
troubleshooting skills.

Compensation
The hourly rate for this role is
up to $17.00 . The final
offer will be based on the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and
experience, as well as applicable state regulations, internal
equity, and business needs, and may fall outside of the stated
range.
Qualifications
Required Education
- Associate degree or completion of a formal program of 18+
months after high school.
- Area of study may vary.
Required Experience
- 1–3 years of related work experience, preferably in an
administrative, higher education, marketing, counseling, or
customer service environment.
Required Skills, Knowledge & Abilities
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an in-depth
understanding of information systems.
- Proficiency with Microsoft operating systems and applications,
including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook/email, and
SharePoint.
- Proficiency with Internet and other end-user
applications.
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal communication
skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the
ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior experience in higher education or counseling
- Marketing or advertising experience
- Aviation experience
- Candidates with Individual Logistical Support (ILS)
preferred
