Job Responsibilities • Provide day-to-day administrative and logistical support for the Director, Capital Campaign, including calendar management, meeting scheduling, correspondence, agendas, notes, action items, and general campaign office tasks. • Maintain and update campaign plans, timelines, internal documents, and organized files of campaign collateral, templates, and resources; coordinate campaign tasks and follow-ups across the Advancement team. • Enter, update, and maintain accurate donor and gift records in Raiser's Edge NXT; ensure data integrity and proper documentation of campaign-related interactions. • Assist with prospect tracking, pipeline management, donor segmentation, and generation of reports on campaign progress, donor activity, and key performance metrics. • Coordinate logistics for donor meetings and visits and support follow-up communications, while working with Advancement colleagues to ensure smooth execution of campaign activities. • Assist in drafting and proofreading campaign communications, donor acknowledgments, emails, presentations, and other materials; coordinate production and distribution with Marketing and Communications. Requirements Education Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience. Experience 1+ years of professional experience in administration, fundraising, higher education, or a related field. Knowledge & Skills • Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion. • Familiarity with donor databases and Raiser's Edge NXT is beneficial.
