"Assistant Clinical Professor"

Assistant Clinical Professor (non-tenure track) providing quality teaching in business legal studies courses at the undergraduate level, advising students, and providing service to the profession and university. Position will begin in the Fall 2026 semester, with the possibility of starting the Spring 2026 semester if search is completed.

The Department of Finance consists of 3 full-time faculty in Business Legal Studies and 19 full-time faculty in the Finance and Real Estate areas. Business Legal Studies (BLS) area services the Farmer School of Business with approximately 5,000 undergraduate students. The primary teaching assignment is the required BLS course for all business majors and a senior capstone course.

Minimum Qualifications: Required: Juris Doctor and 3 years full-time working experience in the legal practice. Consideration will be given to candidates with demonstrated quality collegiate teaching experience, including experience in teaching large class sections.
