Assistant Coach, Cross Country And Track & Field
The Assistant Coach serves as a shared assistant coach for the men's and women's cross country and track & field teams, working primarily with the distance athletes during the track seasons. This is a full-time, 12-month, exempt position reporting to the Head Cross Country Coaches.

Essential Functions:
- Coaches and demonstrates techniques to team members individually and in groups.
- Plans, coordinates, and supervises student athlete practice sessions for men's and women's distance runners.
- Teaches one to two Physical Education courses annually.
- Recruits quality prospective student-athletes.
- Serves as a meet coordinator.
- Complies with all University, ODAC Conference, and NCAA rules and regulations.
Minimum Qualifications:
- A bachelor's degree and collegiate competitive experience in cross country or track & field distance events is required.
- Must possess a valid driver's license.
