Job Description:

Analyzes performance and instructs student athletes in game strategies and techniques to prepare them for athletic competition; observes players while they perform to determine need for individual or team improvement; and coaches players individually or in groups, demonstrating techniques of sport coached.

Responsibilities:

• Assist head coach with administering all year-round activities of the Division I women's basketball program
• Assist with practice organization and scheduling
• Assist with game day management
• Oversee academic progress of student athletes

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree
• Minimum 4 years assistant coaching experience
• Strong organizational skills
• Valid state driver's license

Preferred Qualifications:

• Coaching experience in Division I basketball
• Knowledge of NCAA rules and guidelines regarding Division I basketball recruiting and coaching
