The successful candidate will excel at working in a community that is broadly diverse.
The Assistant Coach of Women's Basketball is a 9-month, 40-hour per week position with a salary of $35,100, and comes with a full meal plan. This role is fully benefitted and also provides full tuition remission of graduate school coursework after six months of employment.

Responsibilities:
- Assisting the head coach in practice planning and execution
- Individual skill development
- Film Breakdown and Analysis
- Scouting reports
- Recruitment of Student-Athletes
- Assist with planning team events
- Social Media
- Equipment Management
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree and collegiate playing or coaching experience required
- 1+ years of collegiate coaching experience preferred
- Knowledge of NESCAC and NCAA Division III policies and strong interpersonal skills are preferred.
- Successful candidates will possess self-motivation, communication and organizational skills and be open to learning new methods
- A passion for coaching and mentorship of a diverse student-athlete population
To prepare for the season & academic year, the anticipated start date for this position is the beginning of September, 2026.
