Curry College is seeking a motivated and energetic part-time Assistant Softball Coach to join the Women's Softball program. The Assistant Coach will work closely with the Head Coach and coaching staff in all aspects of developing and operating a competitive NCAA Division III softball program.
The ideal candidate will be passionate about developing student-athletes both on and off the field and will bring positive energy, strong communication skills, softball knowledge, and a willingness to contribute to the continued growth of Curry Softball.

Essential Responsibilities:
- Assist the Head Coach with the planning and execution of practices, workouts, individual skill development, and game preparation.
Job Requirements:
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous collegiate, high school, travel/club, or competitive softball coaching experience.
- Collegiate playing experience is preferred but not required.
- Strong understanding of softball fundamentals and player development.
- Experience in a specific developmental area such as hitting, infield, outfield, catching, pitching, baserunning, strength/performance, or analytics is a plus.
- Recruiting experience or connections within high school/travel softball are desirable.
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a coaching staff.
- Commitment to creating a professional, supportive, and development-focused student-athlete experience.
- Availability for afternoon/evening practices, games, selected weekends, recruiting events, and other program activities as needed.
Salary:
$5,100 annually
