The Assistant Dean for Academic Affairs and Curriculum provides leadership and coordination for academic affairs, curriculum administration, assessment, and accreditation within the Bitonte College of Dentistry. This position collaborates with faculty and administration to ensure a coordinated educational experience for dental students.

Summary: The Assistant Dean for Academic Affairs and Curriculum provides leadership and coordination for academic affairs, curriculum administration, assessment, and accreditation within the Bitonte College of Dentistry. The position supports curriculum development and continuous improvement, ensures compliance with accreditation standards, oversees academic processes and documentation, and facilitates collaboration among faculty and administrative stakeholders to support an integrated, student-centered DDS curriculum.
Principal Functional Responsibilities: Curriculum:
- Curriculum oversight and administration — Coordinate curriculum oversight, planning, scheduling, and administrative processes to ensure alignment with college policies, educational objectives, and CODA standards.
