Job Summary

Reporting to the Dean, the Assistant Dean/Lecturer position requires a 2/1 teaching load in addition to the following activities: Accreditation, Strategic enrollment and staffing planning, Staff supervision, Policies and procedures, Financial planning, Building and facilities, University Liaison.

The position is a 12-month, non-tenure track appointment.

Required Qualifications

• Earned Master's degree in accounting, finance, or a closely related field, by August 1, 2026 with at least 18 graduate semester hours in accounting or finance.
• Significant prior experience with university budget and planning
• Demonstrated supervisory experience.
• Proficiency in Excel and budget planning software.
• Evidence of effective teaching ability.
• Willingness to engage with institutional student success initiatives.
• Commitment to engaging with best practice initiatives in instruction and pedagogy, mentoring, and curriculum design and development.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Banner, Workday, and other university software solutions.
• Familiarity with AACSB Accreditation and data reporting requirements
