Assistant Director for Sexual and Gender-Based Misconduct Response

At the Office of Student Conflict Resolution (OSCR), we believe every member of our campus community deserves to learn and grow free from sexual abuse, harm, and the fear of violence. Our mission is to Build Trust, Promote Justice, and Teach Peace, and we know that preventing harm before it occurs is just as important as responding after it happens. This position exists because sexual abuse is preventable, not inevitable.

As the Assistant Director for SGBM Response, you will play a central role in this vision by leading programs that:

  • Prevent future harm through education, skill-building, and healthy relationship development
  • Reduce recidivism by engaging with those who have caused harm, holding them accountable, and supporting change
  • Strengthen community safety by building partnerships, promoting dialogue, and leading restorative processes

Experience with budget management and resource allocation.

Nuanced understanding of the various forms of SGBM (stalking, intimate-partner violence, sexual assault, gender-based harassment, and sexual harassment), and the dynamics contributing to the perpetration of violence.
