Assistant Director, Multicultural Resource Center

The Multicultural Resource Center (MRC) leader will be open to exploring different perspectives and working collaboratively with students, staff, faculty, and community partners to educate, facilitate dialogue, and promote awareness. As a member of our academic community, you will advance a culture and climate of belonging for all.

The MRC Assistant Director provides leadership regarding cultural awareness programs and events, and outreach and engagement opportunities. They provide excellent customer service as a liaison and consultant, supporting the UCSF community and allies to identify and address barriers, design solutions, and build awareness. The work is grounded in anti-discrimination principles, a commitment to fairness, and facilitating opportunities. This role reports to the Executive Director of Resource Centers for Climate and Belonging.

The final salary and offer components are subject to additional approvals based on UC policy. Your placement within the salary range is dependent on a number of factors including your work experience and internal equity within this position classification at UCSF. For positions that are represented by a labor union, placement within the salary range will be guided by the rules in the collective bargaining agreement.

The salary range for this position is $78,900 - $116,000 (Annual Rate).
