Assistant Director of Alumni & Family Engagement
The Lebanon Valley College Office of Advancement seeks an assistant director of alumni & family engagement. The assistant director coordinates and manages activities related to expanding the College's network of alumni, current families and other supporters. The assistant director plans and executes opportunities (both in-person and virtually) to form strong connections between the institution and student families, from enrollment through graduation, and beyond. While reporting to the director of alumni & family engagement, the assistant director collaborates often with Development colleagues to implement programs, strategies, and charitable gift requests that support the College's comprehensive fundraising campaign. Qualifications include a bachelor's degree, 1 – 2 years relevant higher education, or not-for-profit engagement or experience, a valid PA driver's license and, availability for significant evening or weekend hours, and travel as necessary. The successful candidate should thrive being a part of a dynamic team but also work very well independently.
