Job Summary
This position is responsible for providing leadership, oversight, direction, and supervision of the Aquatic Center and associated programs.
Responsibilities
- Recruit, hire, train, develop, and supervise 20-30 student staff including graduate assistant(s), lifeguards, and team leaders
- Manage operations for indoor pools, outdoor pools, hot tubs and sauna
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in recreation, management, or related field. Aquatic certification from a nationally accredited body. Three (3) or more years of related work experience.
