"Assistant Director of Career Advising"

Job Summary

The Assistant Director of Career Advising advances student career readiness through individualized advising, innovative programming, and strategic campus partnerships. This position leads efforts to embed career development into academic and co-curricular settings, manages digital tools and communications that promote services and student success, and contributes to a student-centered, data-informed Career Services team.

Required Qualifications

Required Education: Bachelor’s Degree in a related field (counseling, psychology, student personnel, human resources, business administration, student affairs).

Required Experience: Minimum three years of experience in career development and/or employment counseling. Proficiency with personal computers, related hardware/software.

Preferred Qualifications

Preferred Education: Master’s Degree in a related field.

Preferred Experience: Direct experience in career advising. Experience with career services-related software.
