The Assistant Director of Clubs and Leadership Programs provides strategic leadership and direct support for registered student organizations and leadership development initiatives. registration, re-registration, event registration, funding requests, and advancing co-curricular learning aligned with institutional values.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
- Two (2) to three (3) years of professional experience supporting student engagement, student activities, leadership programs, or student organizations.
- Experience improving processes, programs, or services that support student organizations.
- Experience managing student organization funding and compliance processes.
- Experience developing and delivering leadership programs for scholarship recipients, student cohorts, or student leaders.
- Experience supervising student employees, peer leaders, or graduate assistants.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree in Higher Education Administration, Student Affairs, Leadership Education, Counseling, Social Work, or a related field.
Work Hours
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM; Full Time; Exempt. Evening and weekend work: As needed. Work arrangement: Hybrid. Travel: Rare, as needed.
Salary for Announcement
We anticipate the qualified candidate to be placed between $47,300-$66,500.
