with the central fundraising efforts and the overall university development and alumni programs goals and in promoting a culture of philanthropy by broadening constituents' understanding of the value of giving.

Duties Include:

Portfolio Management

• Responsible for identification, qualification, cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship of annual and mid-range gift prospects.
• Focus on individual, corporate and foundation prospects and gifts that range from $5k - $250k.
• Manage corporate sponsorships by cultivating relationships, coordinating solicitations, and maintaining ongoing engagement with partners.
• In coordination with the Director/Senior Director of Advancement, attend college and UF Advancement functions to identify new individuals and move prospects through the donor continuum.
• Build a portfolio of fundraising prospects and strategically manage relationships through face-to-face visits.

Strategic Initiatives

• Coordinate the Young Alumni Council by managing membership, communicating with members, and planning and executing two annual meetings.
• Responsible for implementation of a broad range of development and alumni affairs activities including fundraising projects that target individuals, corporations, and foundations to support the annual fund of the College of Pharmacy.
• Project management of Pharmacy's role in Gator Nation Giving Day.
• Coordinate all annual fund strategies and solicitations via central Annual Giving and internally with direct mail projects.
• Project management and coordination of all aspects of the college's annual $100k Crisafi Challenge.
• Manage communications with the Student Affairs team to ensure meaningful donor-student engagement.
• Assist the Director/Senior Director of Advancement in managing and executing plans and policies for the administration of the College's overall development and alumni affairs program.

Administrative

• Draft correspondence to donors, prospects, alumni, and corporations for the development office and Dean.
• Ensure best practices in office systems, practices, files, and record keeping; ensure effective use of strategic tools and resources, such as contact reports, prospect management, research, and analysis, and the Ascend database.
