Establish and maintain internal policies and procedures in alignment with university efforts to promote and expand awareness and participation in high-impact experiential learning opportunities;

Promote and expand awareness and participation in quality experiential learning opportunities to students and establish relationships with the staff, faculty, and both on and off-campus community partners;

Maintain tracking database, collection of experiential opportunities, and other relevant engagement for statistical reporting;

Advise students on internship/experiential education preparation and search; and

Develop and facilitate workshops to help students secure, succeed in, and reflect upon their experiences.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required
• Master’s degree preferred in Higher Education, Business, Counseling, or related field
• 1-3 years of related experience
• Strong organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse populations
