Serve while abiding by and complying with the constitution, by-laws, rules, regulations and interpretations of the NCAA, any conference with which Coastal Carolina is or may become affiliated, and Coastal Carolina rules and regulations relating to the conduct and administration of its athletic programs, including recruiting rules, as now constituted or as any of the same may be amended during the Term herein. In the event Employee becomes aware, or has reasonable cause to believe, that violations of such constitution, by-laws, interpretations, rules or regulations may have taken place, shall report the same promptly to the direct supervisor or designee.

Required Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent; minimum of 1-2 years’ experience.
Preferred Qualifications: Experience with in-game productions such as videoboard, ribbon boards and light systems. Experience in Intercollegiate Athletics marketing.
Duties include, but are not limited to:
- Lead the execution of strategic marketing initiatives designed to drive revenue, increase brand visibility, and meet key project deadlines.
- Run the in-venue productions for assigned sports, ensuring a cohesive and engaging fan experience that aligns with the department’s branding and promotional goals.
- Collaborate with ticketing staff to support sales objectives, including the development and execution of group sales and experiential promotions.
- Analyze and compile campaign performance data, images, and assets for use in internal reporting and external sponsorship recaps.
- Contribute to the creation and oversight of visual content, assisting with graphic design and brand messaging for promotional use.
Athletics Administrator (UH16/TL5860/NS01482P), full-time time-limited position with benefits. Salary commensurate with qualifications and experience. Work hours vary. Travel, evenings and weekends required. Must be flexible to meet the special scheduling needs of the university.
