Assistant Director of Student Recruitment

of Student Recruitment will apply a strategic vision to lead recruiting and promotion initiatives to facilitate enrollment growth for incoming associate, undergraduate, and graduate students across the College.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with equivalent experience
• Experience in recruitment or admissions
• Demonstrated ability to coordinate and support events or student-facing programming
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a focus on relationship-building with students and families
• Knowledge of social media advertising strategies and management
• Ability to supervise student interns
• Experience in complex project management
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently without excessive supervision or follow-up
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends and the ability to travel occasionally

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree in an applicable field
• Experience with digital advertising and analytics
• Experience with marketing and outreach via social media
• Experience using a CRM (customer relationship management) system
• Intermediate data analysis and Excel skills to support strategy development
• Demonstrated skills in event planning and coordination
