Director for Operations will oversee on-call scheduling, health and safety inspections, create and review unit handbooks, manuals, and standard operating procedures (SOPs), and oversee opening, closing, and break housing. This position will help directly supervise Residence Directors and promote a sense of belonging for all students living on campus. This position will report to the Associate Director for Residential Experience.

Required Qualifications

• Master’s degree
• Experience with supervision.
• 3 years of full-time experience working in university housing, residence life, or student affairs.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Higher Education Administration or closely related field
• Experience in crisis management and/or emergency response.
• Experience managing residential communities.
• Experience developing and conducting assessments.
• Experience with large scale operational processes.
• Experience with policy development and implementation.
• Prior experience in housing and residential life.
