Compensation:The minimum salary is $67,412, depending on qualifications and experience.

Required Qualifications:- 1-3 years' experience in social media marketing
- Experience with various social media platforms and analytics tools
- Strong understanding of branding principles
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, with a focus on Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Demonstrated creativity and ability to think outside the box to develop innovative content and tell the story of Wisconsin Athletics in a compelling and dynamic way.
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills; ability to communicate effectively at all levels both internally and externally
- Demonstrated strong work ethic, time management, and organizational skills
- Ability to simultaneously manage a high level of detail across multiple projects
- Ability to work in a team-oriented environment in an office setting
Preferred Qualifications:- One to three years of experience in social media marketing within collegiate athletics, professional sports, or an agency environment.
- Experience with Hootsuite or copywriting
- Work experience in paid media
Education: Bachelor's degree preferred.

Conditions of Appointment: This is a 100% Academic Staff appointment. Salary will be assigned within the appropriate range, commensurate with the candidate's qualifications and experience.
