Assistant Director for Sorority & Fraternity Life

Xavier University, a Catholic University in the Jesuit tradition, is seeking an Assistant Director for Sorority & Fraternity Life to provide leadership, vision, and day-to-day support for the University’s sorority and fraternity community. Reporting to the Senior Associate Director for Student Involvement, this position is responsible for advising and supporting fraternity and sorority chapters and their governing councils, including NPHC, Panhellenic, IFC, and the Unity Greek Council.

The Assistant Director oversees the coordination and management of all functions related to Sorority & Fraternity Life, including budget and financial oversight, leadership development, events and programming, university approval processes, assessment, policy development, risk management and compliance, and marketing and communications. This role also serves as a key liaison to chapters, advisors, and inter/national organizations.
