Offer Description
The Vice-Rector for Student Affairs and Teaching at the Medical University of Wrocław announces an open competition for the position of assistant (F/M/N)* in the teaching staff group at the Medical Simulation Center
Candidates meeting the following criteria may enter the competition:
- professional title of physician/paramedic/nurse in medicine/paramedic/nursing,
- full professional license,
- English language proficiency sufficient to conduct classes,
- experience in teaching using medical simulation methods is desirable,
- candidates who have submitted a declaration that employment at the Wrocław Medical University will be their primary place of work within the meaning of the Act,
- meet the requirements of Art. 113 of the Act on Higher Education and Science (Journal of Laws 2018, item 1668, as amended), i.e.:
a) have full legal capacity,
b) enjoy full public rights,
c) have not been convicted of an intentional crime or an intentional tax offense by a final judgment,
d) have not been subjected to a disciplinary penalty of permanent or fixed-term deprivation of the right to practice as an academic teacher, or expulsion from employment at a university with a ban on working at universities for a period of 6 months to 5 years,
e) have the qualifications specified in the Act and the University's statute.

Failure to submit a complete set of documents by the above deadline will result in rejection of the candidate's application without a request to supplement the missing information.
The competition will be decided within no more than 4 months from the date of the announcement.
The Medical University of Wrocław does not provide accommodation.
*The designation (f/m/n) emphasizes that – despite the position title, which may be masculine in Polish – we invite everyone to apply, regardless of gender identity.
