Northern State University is accepting applications for the Football Wide Receivers coaching position. The Wide Receivers coach is a vital position within the college football program. This individual will be responsible for coaching the wide receivers and ensuring that the team performs at its best during games. The Wide Receivers coach will be evaluated based on the competitiveness of the program, the dedication to the mission, vision, and values of the program, overall student-athlete development in sport, school, and life, and for establishing a subculture in which the coach is viewed by the studentathletes as a mentor, educator, and role model.

One of the key responsibilities of the Wide Receivers Coach is to serve as the camps coordinator for the Football program. This is a crucial role within the program and requires responsiveness, organization, and attention to detail. Other additional duties may be assigned the Head Coach.

Overall, the Wide Receivers coach is an integral part of the coaching staff and will contribute significantly to the success of the football program. The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership skills, strategic thinking abilities, a deep knowledge of offensive football strategies, analytics, decision-making, a commitment to compliance with all NCAA, NSIC and University rules and regulations as well as dedication to academic development of student-athletes.
