- professional curriculum vitae containing information on achievements in scientific, teaching and organizational activities, personal questionnaire (BIP-UWM – „document database – personel matters”)
- a copy of the document confirming the academic title of profesor, a declaration regarding the represented field and scientific discipline, and a declaration authorizing the candidate to be included in the numer of employees conducting scientific activities (BIP UWM – „document database – other matters”)
- the statement on state of health and the ability of working as professor (BIP-UWM – „document database – personel matters”)
- consent to the processing of personal data ( recruitment) consent to the processing of personal data for the purposes of recruitment (BIP-UWM – „document database – personel matters”)
- declaration of no criminal record in the field of crime in the provisions of XIX and XXV of the Penal Code, in Art. 189a and art. 207 of the Penal Code (uniform text: Journal of Laws of 2024, item 17, as amended) and in the Act of July 29, 2005 on counteracting drug addiction (Journal of Laws of 2023, item 172 and 2022 . item 2600), or for violating these crimes, acts prohibited by foreign law

Selection process
- The University of Warmia and Mazury in Olsztyn has a Procedure for reporting violations of law and taking follow-up action. Details can be found in Order No. 76/2024 of the Rector of the University of Warmia and Mazury in Olsztyn of September 17, 2024
- UWM in Olsztyn reserves the right to cancel the competition by the Rector without giving any reason at any stage.
