Criteria:
- a master’s degree in management, finance, economics, economic analysis or a related field
- aptitude for research and teaching confirmed by a reference from an independent research and teaching staff member
- at least one year’s teaching experience in the field of management and quality sciences is desirable
- research output, including publications in the field of management and quality sciences, is desirable
- organisational experience
- compliance with the requirements of the Act on Higher Education and Science (Article 113) and the Statutes of UMCS (§ 79)

Selection process
- The results of the competition will be announced by September 17, 2026.
- We require originals or certified copies of documents for the signing of the employment contract.
- The outcome of the competition does not result in the establishment of an employment relationship.
- The University reserves the right to cancel the competition without giving reasons.
- The decision on employment is made by the Rector.
