Requirements
- A Master’s degree in the field of social sciences, in either Economics and Finance or Management and Quality Studies, awarded in or after 2010.
- Clearly defined research interests in marketing, particularly in marketing communications, digital marketing, social media, or consumer behaviour.
- English language proficiency at a minimum of CEFR level C1, together with the readiness to design and deliver courses in English—within the prescribed teaching workload and in accordance with the teaching needs of the Faculty of Management—particularly in marketing, digital marketing, marketing communications, or social media.
- Knowledge of and experience in digital marketing, marketing communications, and the operation and strategic use of social media.
- The ability to communicate knowledge in a practical, accessible, and engaging manner, drawing on current academic literature, real-world business cases, and contemporary digital tools.
- The ability to bridge academic knowledge and business practice and to design courses with a strong practical orientation.
- Experience of collaboration with external stakeholders, particularly in initiating partnerships with businesses, organising study visits or student placements, or involving industry professionals in the teaching process.
- Demonstrable aptitude for teaching, research, and organisational responsibilities within an academic environment.
- A commitment to conducting academic research, preparing scholarly publications, and pursuing continued academic development.
Additional Assets
- Professional experience in the marketing sector, particularly within an advertising agency or in digital marketing, performance marketing, social media, or brand communications.
- Experience of teaching marketing-related subjects at university level, including digital marketing, marketing communications, or social media.
- Experience of delivering university classes, workshops, or professional training in English.
- A record of scholarly publications, or evidence of ongoing work on academic publications, in Polish or English.
- Experience of delivering workshops and training programmes to a range of target audiences.
- Experience of outreach, organisational, or promotional activities, particularly in marketing, digital communications, or the organisation of industry events.
- Proficiency in contemporary digital marketing tools, including AI-powered solutions, advertising platforms, web analytics systems, and tools used for content creation and the evaluation of marketing performance.
