Skills/Qualifications
- at least a professional degree of physician or a master’s degree (or equivalent) in a relevant discipline: sociology, anthropology, or philosophy;
- ability to impart knowledge and encourage further learning, evidenced by very good student and doctoral student evaluations regarding the performance of teaching duties—particularly concerning medical professionalism;
- proficiency in English at a minimum level of B2.

Additional comments
The employee in this position:
- Expands their knowledge and skills by participating in training sessions, workshops, and conferences
- Conducts classes in accordance with the schedule established by the Medical Education Center
- Verifies students' achievement of learning outcomes and documents their needs
- Maintains ongoing documentation related to the delivery of classes and the assessment of student performance
- Prepares and updates supplementary materials required for conducting classes—including lesson outlines—including in e-learning formats
- Actively participates in assigned organizational and administrative tasks related to the unit's operations
- Actively participates in modernizing, improving, and modifying curricula and teaching materials
