Requirements

Research Field: Medical sciences » Medicine

Education Level: Master Degree or equivalent

Skills/Qualifications

at least a professional degree of physician or a master’s degree (or equivalent) in a relevant discipline: sociology, anthropology, or philosophy;
ability to impart knowledge and encourage further learning, evidenced by very good student and doctoral student evaluations regarding the performance of teaching duties—particularly concerning medical professionalism;
proficiency in English at a minimum level of B2.

professional curriculum vitae in the case of teaching posts
career achievements: applicant's mobility, grants, research, innovative activities, openness to entrepreneurship and the practical aspect of research
scanned copies of degrees
a scan of a certificate or a certificate issued by the Centre for Foreign Language Teaching at the Medical University of Łódź, confirming knowledge of a foreign language, indicating the level of proficiency and the period of its validity;
declaration of no criminal record, employment status at the University and declaration of the need to complete training in teaching methodology

The employee in this position:

Expands their knowledge and skills by participating in training sessions, workshops, and conferences
Conducts classes in accordance with the schedule established by the Medical Education Center
Verifies students' achievement of learning outcomes and documents their needs
Maintains ongoing documentation related to the delivery of classes and the assessment of student performance
Prepares and updates supplementary materials required for conducting classes—including lesson outlines—including in e-learning formats
Actively participates in assigned organizational and administrative tasks related to the unit's operations
Actively participates in modernizing, improving, and modifying curricula and teaching materials
