Job Description
- Plan and organise educational programmes under the Business Families Institute.
- Build engagement with the participants.
- Oversees the development and maintenance of communications on all relevant media platforms (includes both print and online).
- Manage collaborative initiatives with industry and external partners/ donors/ sponsors, as well as internal stakeholders.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Degree with 2 to 5 years of work experience in pedagogical design, management of educational programmes, event management, digital marketing tools and family business outreach, preferably in an academic institution or training establishment.
- Stakeholder relationship management or experience working in or with family businesses/family offices is preferred.
- Self-motivated individual with excellent written and communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Display good digital content management and knowledge in social media platforms.
- Strong project management, multi-tasking, and decision-making skills.
- Strong attention to details.
- Excellent time management and organisational skills needed.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple stakeholders.
- Demonstrated writing and editing capabilities will be an advantage.
- A good team player.
