Assistant Manager, Bobcat Depot
Position Overview
The primary purpose of this position is to assist the Bobcat Depot Manager with the operations of the Ohio University Bobcat Depot. This position assists with management of Bobcat Depot student employees, OHIO ID card preparation and distribution, and vendor management. This position's responsibility is to ensure customer satisfaction, deal with customer complaints/inquiries, and resolve any customer service issues directly related to the Bobcat Depot. Oversees Apple specific training to meet vendor requirements for Apple sales, displays, and promotion. Assist with staff training to ensure employees properly follow health and safety precautions. Advises supervisor on any location needs and provides valuable input for department and/or operational policies.
Position Profile
Oversees retail operations at campus stores. Procures inventory and maintains inventory records. Distributes equipment, materials, and supplies. Promotes store through a variety of marketing strategies.
Minimum Qualifications
Requires a Bachelor's degree in a related field and 3-5 years of related professional experience, or equivalent education and experience.
