Assistant Manager / Manager (Research Compliance)

Job Description

  • Conducts research compliance-related activities (e.g. under the Human Biomedical Research Act (HBRA)) for NUS studies.
  • Provides support for internal reviews on selected studies to ensure compliance with HBRA, Institutional Review Board (IRB) requirements, and institutional policies and guidelines.
  • Communicates with stakeholders on compliance-related matters, such as institutional requirements and policy updates.

Qualifications

  • Tertiary qualification in a discipline suited to research compliance work (e.g., Biological Sciences, Public Health, Economics, Law etc.,)
  • At least 2 years of working experience
  • Good planning with critical thinking and analytical skills
  • Good oral and written communication skills
  • Possess or have an interest in developing technological and digital skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
