DEAN OF THE FACULTY OF CONTROL, ROBOTICS AND ELECTRICAL ENGINEERING
POZNAN UNIVERSITY OF TECHNOLOGY
announces a competition for
the position of: assistant (M/F) in a group of research and didactic professionals – 3 full-time posts
in the field of Engineering and technology,
in the discipline: Automation, Electronics, Electrical Engineering and Space Technologies,
in the Institute of Automatic Control and Robotics,
in the Division of Control and Robotics
Eligibility criteria:
- a Master of Science Engineer degree,
- good opinion during studies (good grade average, participation in scientific circles, other activity, publications),
- predisposition to didactic work in the area of automation, electronics, electrical engineering and space technologies,
- an excellent command of the Polish language,
- experience in advanced control methods and software tools for robotic systems,
- achievements in the field of research and publication activities.
Employment based on a contract for the period of one year.
Those entering the competition are required to submit the following documents in the Dean’s Office of the Faculty of Control, Robotics and Electrical Engineering, Poznan University of Technology, ul. Piotrowo 3a (room 20), 61-138 Poznań:
- an application to the Rector of Poznan University of Technology,
- a CV,
- a photo,
- a personal applicant data sheet,
- an employee personal data sheet,
- a qualification questionnaire (Appendix 1 to the Personnel Policy at Poznan University of Technology),
- copies of diplomas (their originals to be submitted for inspection),
- opinion during studies (good grade average, participation in scientific circles, other activity, publications, participation in science conferences),
- a list of achievements in the field of research and publication activities,
- a statement about their primary place of work (Appendix 2 to the Personnel Policy at Poznan University of Technology),
- a statement complying with Article 113 of the Law on Higher Education (prawo o szkolnictwie wyższym i nauce) (Appendix 3 to the Personnel Policy at Poznan University of Technology),
- certificates from the National Criminal Register,
- a statement of the field and discipline which the candidate will conduct their research into (Appendix 7 to the Personnel Policy at Poznan University of Technology),
- a statement with consent to be included in the number of professionals conducting research activities (to assess the quality of their scientific activity) (Appendix 8 to the Personnel Policy at Poznan University of Technology),
- a statement with a percentage share of scientific work in the discipline/disciplines (to assess the quality of their scientific activity) (Appendix 9 to the Personnel Policy at Poznan University of Technology),
- a personal data clause for the purposes of data processing.
Optional documents:
- employment certificates (copies),
- a copy of a pedagogical course certificate (its original to be submitted for inspection).
Applications must be submitted by 07/09/2026.
The competition will be adjudicated within 4 months of the date on which it is closed.
The amount and terms of remuneration will be presented before the interview.
Should no candidate obtain positive assessment from the competition committee or should there be no candidates, the Dean shall close the competition. The announcer of the competition may invalidate or close it for convenience.

- Your data submitted in your personal data sheet will be processed pursuant to Article 6(1)(c) of the GDPR in relation with Article 22¹ of the 26 June 1974 Act (Labour Code) (Kodeks Pracy). Any personal data that you have submitted beyond those indicated in your personal data sheet will be processed based on your intentional and conscious consent under GDPR Article 6(1)(a) and Article 9(2)(a).
- Your personal data will not be transferred to processors, yet your information may be made available to relevant authorities that are allowed to process them pursuant to legal regulations.
- Your personal data will be kept only for the period of the recruitment process and three months after it has been completed.
- You have the right to access your personal data, have them rectified, and erased if applicable, limit their processing, and transfer them and object to the processing your personal data.
- You have the right to bring a complaint with the President of the Office for Competition and Consumer Protection if you believe that processing of your personal data violates the GDPR of 27 April 2016.
- Your provision of your personal data is a statutory requirement. You are obliged to provide them and your failure to do so will mean that you will not be able to take part in the competition.
- With regard to your personal data given with your consent, you have the right to withhold your consent at any time. This will not however affect the lawfulness of the data processing before consent was withdrawn.
- Your personal data will not be subject to automated processing or profiling
