Offer Description
Do konkursu mogą przystąpić osoby, które spełniają wymogi określone w Ustawie Prawo o szkolnictwie wyższym i nauce z dnia 20 lipca 2018 r. (t.j. Dz. U. z 2024 poz. 1571 ze zm.) oraz spełniają następujące kryteria kwalifikacyjne:
- posiadają stopień naukowy magistra inżyniera uzyskany na kierunku Elektrotechnika lub kierunkach pokrewnych;
- posiadają predyspozycje do prowadzenia zajęć dydaktycznych w szkole wyższej;
- wykazują biegłą znajomość języka polskiego w mowie i piśmie oraz w stopniu komunikatywnym w języku angielskim umożliwiającym prowadzenie zajęć dydaktycznych;
- posiadają umiejętność pracy w zespole i analitycznego myślenia.

Benefits
Basic salary for the position of assistant: 5,000 PLN gross
Eligibility criteria
- hold a Master of Engineering degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field;
- have the aptitude to teach at a higher education institution;
- demonstrate a fluent command of Polish, both spoken and written, and a communicative level of English sufficient to deliver lectures;
- be able to work as part of a team and think analytically.
The following are considered an advantage for recruitment: the ability to utilise modern research methods applied in engineering and technical sciences; experience in delivering teaching sessions
Selection process
- curriculum vitae;
- personal questionnaire;
- a degree certificate confirming the award of a Master of Engineering or a doctoral degree;
- a declaration regarding the academic discipline in respect of which the candidate for employment states that they will submit the declaration referred to in Article 265 of the Act of 20 July 2018 on Higher Education and Science;
- a written opinion confirming the candidate’s aptitude for the profession of academic teacher;
- a declaration that the candidate’s state of health permits them to work as a research and teaching assistant;
- a written opinion from the line manager at the candidate’s most recent place of employment (applies to candidates from outside the University who have taken up employment);
- a declaration of no criminal convictions for offences specified in Chapters XIX and XXV of the Criminal Code, in Articles 189a and 207 of the Criminal Code (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2024, item 17, as amended) and in the Act of 29 July 2005 on Combating Drug Addiction (Journal of Laws of 2023, item 172, and of 2022, item 2600), or for prohibited acts corresponding to these offences as defined in the laws of a foreign state.
