strengths in evolutionary genetics, genomics, ecology, integrative biology, developmental biology, cancer biology, structural biology, and neurobiology and behavior. The successful candidate would be expected to establish and maintain a nationally competitive and externally funded research program and teach courses in Evolution and/or Genetics. Applicants must hold a Ph.D. or equivalent doctoral degree in a relevant field. Candidates for appointment at the Assistant Professor level must demonstrate a strong publication record and the potential to establish an independent, externally funded research program. Candidates applying at the Associate level must have a well-established, externally funded research program and a strong record of independent scholarship and scientific leadership. Salary and rank commensurate with experience. The Department of Biology and Biochemistry has over 40 tenured and tenure-track faculty across three research divisions.
