Qualifications: Ph.D., Th.D., or D.Min. in the practices of ministry with focus on several of the following: homiletics, worship/ritual studies, pastoral/spiritual care, congregational leadership and administration. Experience in chaplaincy or certified spiritual direction would also be valued. The successful candidate will be expected to supervise dissertations, theses, and directed studies in the practices of ministry and other related areas. 

A desirable candidate understands the significance of formation for ministry practices and demonstrates a vocation for theological education with an accomplished or promising record of publishing or other meaningful contributions to the field.
