Texas Christian University’s Harris College of Nursing and Health Sciences (HCNHS) invites applications for a 9-month position as an Assistant or Associate Professor of Professional Practice in Nursing. Preference given to individuals who have completed the Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) degree. Educational preparation and clinical expertise in adult medical-surgical, and simulation preferred. We are especially interested in candidates with experience teaching undergraduate nursing. The position is on-campus and in-person. Candidates must hold or be eligible to obtain a current, valid, unencumbered license to practice as a Registered Nurse in the state of Texas. Salary is commensurate with education and experience.

We emphasize the importance of interprofessional collaboration and global engagement, preparing students to work effectively within healthcare teams and make meaningful contributions to the health and well-being of individuals and communities across a variety of settings.
