About the Opportunity
The Department of Public Health and Health Sciences, in Bouve College at Northeastern University, is accepting applications for two full-time, non-tenure track 52-week appointment, teaching positions at the rank of Assistant, or Associate Teaching/Clinical Professor, commensurate with experience and qualifications. The searches are open in terms of the areas of expertise with preference for candidates with backgrounds in epidemiology, health policy, health communications and/or interest in teaching our introductory undergraduate courses in the United States Healthcare System and Community & Public Health.
Responsibilities
Responsibilities will include teaching undergraduate and potentially, graduate courses and participating in departmental, college, and university service. Engagement in scholarship and continuing professional development is required.
Qualifications
Candidates should have a Ph.D. or DrPH or another terminal degree in public health, communication, epidemiology, or a related field. At least one year of prior undergraduate teaching experience is required.
