Behavior Analysis Faculty Position
Florida Institute of Technology’s School of Behavior Analysis (SoBA) is seeking applicants for a teaching-track position at the assistant professor level, with a specialty in any area of behavior analysis to start as soon as possible, but no later than Fall 2026.
Requirements for all SoBA faculty positions: A Ph.D. in behavior analysis or a doctorate in psychology or education with an emphasis in behavior analysis, evidence of research productivity, and teaching experience. BCBA or BCBA-D certification is required.
The required area of behavior analytic expertise is open, but the preferred candidate will have completed formal coursework in the experimental analysis of behavior, applied behavior analysis (clinical applications, educational applications, organizational behavior management [OBM]), and conceptual analysis/philosophical underpinnings of behavior analysis. We are recruiting candidates with strong administrative and teaching skills and we are particularly interested in candidates with experience in OBM, clinical supervision, and instructional design. The successful candidate will also be expected to conduct research, although an emphasis will be placed on administrative duties. This faculty position will be a member of a team that is responsible for managing a large, online graduate program. This is a 12-month position that requires some on-campus involvement.

T he Assistant Professor & ABA Online Coordinator of Experiential Learning is a 12-month, teaching-track position that reports to the Director of the ABA Online Institute. Responsibilities include: Leading teams of online instructors, overseeing experiential activities (e.g., research and clinical experiences), managing the attestation process, supporting student success, and ensuring the ABA Online Institute remains in good standing with accrediting and other relevant bodies (e.g., SACSCOC, ABAI, APBA, BACB) as well as the university's assessment team (APAC).

live, online sessions with students. Duties may include managing a
number of our online courses, including: course delivery, course
outcome evaluations, potential academic honesty violations, and
student issues/success/satisfaction. Serve as primary discussion
board leader for specific courses. Assist students in need of
accommodations, withdrawals, and incompletes. Calculate and enter
final grades in PAWS for specific courses.
