Position Summary
The Department of Pharmaceutical and Biomedical Sciences in the College of Pharmacy at the University of Georgia invites applications for a full-time tenure-track position at the level of Assistant Professor. We seek an individual who will build and maintain a strong, extramurally funded research program in any area of pharmaceutical and biomedical sciences, such as Pharmacology; Immunology, Medicinal Chemistry with experience in high-throughput screening; Systems Biology, and Cancer Biology.

Minimum Qualifications
A Ph.D. or equivalent terminal degree in biology, medicine, chemistry, physics, bioengineering, or a related field. Minimum of 3 years of postdoctoral training.
Additional Requirements
Evidence of strong potential for independent research and high-impact publications.
Duties/Responsibilities
- Support the delivery of the undergrad and graduate programs of the College of Pharmacy. (50%)
- Develop and maintain a nationally recognized program of research. (45%)
- Support the service mission of the College of Pharmacy. (5%)
