Children's Hospital of Philadelphia and the Division of Adolescent Medicine in the Department of Pediatrics at the Perelman School of Medicine at the University of Pennsylvania seek candidates for an Assistant Professor position in the non-tenure clinician educator track. Applicants must have an M.D. or equivalent degree. Board certified in Allergy and Immunology by the American Board of Allergy and Immunology.
Teaching responsibilities may include teaching medical students, medical residents, fellows and advanced practitioners within the Health System. Selected candidates will be expected to participate as an active member of PENN Graduate Programs based on his/her research role.
Clinical responsibilities may include rounding on in-patient and consultative services and participating in a robust outpatient clinical practice at The Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia.
Research or scholarship responsibilities may include developing a clinical, basic, and/or translational research program. The successful candidate will have evidence of previous scholarly productivity.
