Minimum Qualifications:
Required: Ph.D. in Entrepreneurship or a closely related field by
date of appointment for appointment as Assistant Professor. ABDs
may apply, but all degree requirements must be completed by the
date of appointment (doctorate must be awarded by December 31,
2027, for appointment to the second year). Demonstrated commitment
to instructional excellence and evidence of high-quality
undergraduate teaching effectiveness.
Research Interests & Streams: We welcome scholars across
various research streams in entrepreneurship and innovation.
Consideration will be given to candidates with established research
record in one of the following areas:
- Social or environmental issues in entrepreneurship.
- The impact of artificial intelligence and emerging technologies
on venture creation.
- Entrepreneurial finance.
- Entrepreneurial ecosystems, economic development, or hybrid
organizations.
Consideration will be given to candidates with a promising research
pipeline targeted at leading management and entrepreneurship
journals, backed by a strong foundation in empirical research
(quantitative, qualitative, or mixed methods).
