TASKS/ROLE
- teaching courses in Polish and English within the Geodesy and Cartography and Real Estate 5.0 study programmes, particularly in the areas of BIM technologies, data management, and information management in investment processes
- conducting scientific research in the fields of BIM, Digital Twins, and spatial data management
- publishing research results in recognized national and international scientific journals
- acquiring and implementing national and international research and development projects
- developing scientific cooperation with national and international research institutions and socio-economic stakeholders
- participating in organizational activities of the Department of Geodesy
- promoting science

Requirements
Skills/Qualifications
REQUIREMENTS
- a doctoral degree in the discipline of civil engineering, geodesy and transport
- a very good command of Polish and English enabling the teaching of courses
- knowledge of BIM methodology (Building Information Modeling) and its applications
- practical knowledge of Autodesk Revit software
- knowledge of current procedures for project implementation using BIM, norms and BIM standards, in particular the ISO 19650 series, as well as common data environments (CDE)
- programming skills in Python
- teamwork skills and the ability to cooperate with representatives of the academic and business communities
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS
- experience in the implementation of research and development projects related to BIM
- publication record in the field of BIM, digitalization of construction or information management
- knowledge of additional BIM software (e.g. Navisworks, Solibri, Civil 3D, Archicad)
- experience in working with point clouds and models of existing objects
- participation in the development of BIM standards, guidelines or procedures for public administration or enterprises
- knowledge of GeoAI methods and machine learning in GIS applications
- experience in scientific activity related to the digitalization of investment processes
- knowledge of ArcGIS Pro or QGIS environments
